Exit at Rosecrans Ave and take Rosecrans to Pacific Coast Hwy (AKA Sepulveda Blvd.)
Turn left on Sepulveda and go one block - veer right onto Valley Drive.
Take Valley Drive past Live Oak Park to 13th Street and turn right.
We are two blocks west at the corner of 13th and Highland.

From the San Diego Freeway Northbound:

Exit Inglewood Avenue and turn left (south).
Go to Manhattan Beach Blvd and turn right.
Go past Sepulveda Blvd (Pacific Coast Highway) to Highland Avenue and turn right.
We are on the left side, at the corner of 13th.
